ANNOUNCEMENTS

We would very much appreciate those who own to make an effort to pay something. We have the new credit card system and we will take a onetime payment on a MasterCard or VISA at no charge to catch you up. The Spring/Summer News letter is attached to this statement please take a minute to read it. We ask everyone who walks Wright Road toward the Adams Pond end to please help pick up the trash. As few minutes by everyone will save us hundreds of dollars to have our landscaping company do it.

Remember, all fees are due by the 25th of each month.

NOTICE TO REALTORS, APPRAISERS, BANKERS

Please allow 2 weeks for all requests of documentation, there is no management company available, volunteer board of directors.

ALL RUSHED REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION WILL BE CHARGED ($150.00)
