The Board was shocked this month to find that 30% of our association member failed to make their monthly payment.

This month we have enclosed instructions on how to go on to the website and update your contact information if you do not have a computer or access to the website you can fill out the attached form and return it to 8 Judith Lane and it will be entered for you.

Barking dogs complaints continue to come in so be a good neighbor and bring your dog in when it FIRST starts to bark. Also remember you are required to get board approval for outside project like decks, pools and fences.
