Reminder to everyone 2010 month condo fees are $115 per month due by the 25th of each month. Remember to keep vehicles off the roads during and after all snow storms to allow the roads to be plowed. Please don't shovel or brush you vehicle into the roads. We have almost lost two refinancing loans due to the high percentage of overdue condo fees. Help your neighbors and pay your bill. Only place to pay your fee is by dropping them off at 8 Judith Lane in the Bliss Farm Mail Box or sending them to P.O. Box 353, East Derry, NH 03041
